We are proud to announce Dr. Raul Muñoz has been elected Fellow Member of Optica, specifically honored “for pioneering contributions to the efficient orchestration of optical networking technologies”. Optica Fellow Membership is elected by the Optica Society’s Board of Directors.
We sincerely congratulate Raul for this achievement and his leadership as head of CTTC’s Packet Optical Networks and Services Research Unit.
Optica limits this prestigious recognition to no more than ten percent of the membership and is reserved for members who have served with distinction in the advancement of optics and photonics.
