From May 19–22, 2026, CTTC in Castelldefels hosts the ETSI F5G-F2F#26 Meeting with the TFS#9 Hackfest, gathering stakeholders in next-gen fixed and transport networks. Sessions cover F5G, testing, and SDN innovation, promoting full-fibre, low-latency services, automation, AI-driven optimisation, and multi-domain network management.

Dr. Israat Haque (Dalhousie University) will give a CTTC Seminar on secure, intelligent networking using programmable technologies. The talk explores in-network computing and smart NICs for advanced security, plus data-driven 5G systems, RAN resilience, and future network design for AI, IoT, and 6G.
