Since its foundation in 1998, SUP’COM, the most prestigious engineering school of Tunisia, has established itself as a pioneer in training and research in the field of ICT. Leader in its field, SUP’COM is a national excellence. It is the first overseas school to be associated with Mines-Telecom Institute of France, and also a member of the Mediterranean Network of Engineering.
Every year SUP’COM is organizing a study trip for a group of its best students in order to let them know about the new advances in technology and ICT applications.
Last year, the Tunisian SUP’COM students group were very pleased and enlightened by visiting some companies located in Barcelona and they visited us. This year they decided to repeat the good experience they had during their visit.
SUP’COM students studies are mainly based on both technical and managerial skills. A variety of new Technology courses are offered along their three years of studies such as embedded systems, micro-electronics, computer vision, information systems, Data mining, cloud computing, Mobile development, Internet of things, wireless sensor network, …
The visit consists in a presentation of the CTTC and a tour through the labs. Our researchers Fco. Javier Vílchez, Arturo Mayoral, Dr. Javier Arribas and Dr. Josep Mangues presents the labs and diferent prototips and demostrations.
