GMAB2 - Ground Motion Advisory Board – 2

The European Ground Motion Service (EGMS) provides the first harmonised and seamless ground deformation map of the Copernicus Participating States. It is a successful example of a bottom-up service with high user expectations. The Service can potentially serve a huge variety of user groups ranging from geohazard management entities to the oil and gas industry, from civil protection authorities to the real estate market, from academia to infrastructure management authorities. This project concerns the activities of the Advisory Board of EGMS for a period of three years. The Advisory Board provides independent expert advice and guidance to the European Environment Agency (EEA) regarding the specification, implementation, evolution, and operation of the Copernicus EGMS.
