CRA Standards Unlocked – EU Tour in Barcelona: Implementing the Cyber Resilience Act through Standards
CTTC is pleased to host the Barcelona stop of the “CRA Standards Unlocked – EU Tour”, a full‑day workshop dedicated to the technical implementation of the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) via harmonised standards.
The workshop will bring together standards rapporteurs, cybersecurity engineers, and industry stakeholders to discuss how current and emerging standards support CRA essential requirements across ICT products and services. Participants will gain insight into the status of horizontal and vertical standards under the CRA Standardisation Request, concrete pathways to compliance (self-assessment vs third‑party conformity assessment), and the role of standardisation technical committees in shaping security-by-design for connected devices.
During the event, CTTC will also contribute with a dedicated presentation on the ETSI vertical standard for which our team is acting as Rapporteur, leading the technical work within the corresponding ETSI group. Coordinates calls, steers the drafting and consolidation of the document, and drives the resolution of comments by proposing technically robust solutions that are then agreed upon by the specialists.
