Swastika Roy

Swastika completed her Bachelor’s degree at the dept. of ETE from Rajshahi University of Engineering and Techology (RUET), Bangladesh in 2015 and later pursue her M.Tech degree at EE dept. from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT-B), India under the Indian Council for Cultural Religion ICCR Scholarship in Bangladesh Scheme and graduated in 2019. Her master’s project mainly focused on the instantiation and management of virtual network functions based on NFV (Network Function Virtualization) in cloud environment and integration with SDN (Software Defined Networking) which is basically one of the parts of 5G testbed project. Since October 2020, she has joined as an ESR at CTTC, Barcelona, Spain in the framework of the H-2020 Marie Skłodowska Curie ITN SEMANTIC project focused on the orchestration of the end to end network slicing using ZSM in the 5G network . As the requirement of Semantic project, she is going to pursue her PhD degree at Signal Theory and Communication Engineering Department of Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), Barcelona.
