Sílvia Garcés. Born in Barcelona in 1963, she is a Secretary of the Direction Unit, and from June 2010 she gives support to the General Administrator of the CTTC. Previously she studied studies of Direction Secretary in Barcelona; she started working in 1980 and from this time she has had the opportunity of developing her professional carrier into different markets, as a secretary of direction.
