Biografía
Jessica Moysen holds a BSc in Electronics and Communications Enginnering from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey Campus Estado de México (ITESM-CEM), México. She received her MSc degree in Multimedia and Communications from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain in 2011. In February 2012 she joined CTTC with a grant of the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovations to pursue a PhD degree in Telecommunication Engineering at the Signal Theory and Communication department (TSC) of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) under the supervision of Dr. Lorenza Guipponi. Her research topics cover Self-organizing Networks (SONs), Heterogeneous Networks (HetNets), Long Term Evolution (LTE) and Radio Resource Management (RRM).
