The Centre Tecnològic de Telecomunicacions de Catalunya offers an innovative environment in development activities in telecommunications, which is suited for undergraduate training, since it fills the existing gap between university and industry.

Therefore, since March 2002, CTTC has hosted a number of undergraduate students, some of which are currently pursing their Diploma Thesis. Topics cover CTTC's research areas of Radio Communications, Access Technologies, Optical Networking, Microwave Communication Subsystems and IP Technologies, as well as the more practical views of CTTC's Engineering Unit.
