Bio
Miguel Ángel Vázquez (Palma de Mallorca, 1986) obtained his Telecommunication Engineering degree from the ETSETB - Technical University of Catalonia (UPC) in September 2009. He wrote his master thesis on “Multicarrier-signal design with low peaks and low out-of-band power” as guest student in Lunds Tekniska Högskola (LTH) in the broadband communication group, placed in Lund (Sweden).
He joined the CTTC in January 2010. He has been granted with a Marie Curie fellowship in the context of a FP7 european project. He is also pursuing a Ph.D thesis in multiuser MIMO systems at Signal Theory and Communications Department (TSC) of UPC.
His research interests include statistical and array signal processing, multicarrier communication (OFDM), wireless communication and MIMO systems.
