Bio
Miguel Angel Rojas was born in Veracruz, Mexico, graduated in Electronic and Communications Engineering from Veracruzana University in 1990. In 2001 he obtained a master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from National Polytechnic Institute. From 1990-1995 he worked as researcher at Nuclear Energy Department of Electrical Research Institute, Morelos, Mexico, where he was involve in a project of the Control Systems of Laguna Verde's Nuclear Power Plant. From 1995 to 2005 he work as Professor at the Veracruzana University. In 2005 being granted by Mexican Government within its PhD fellowship program. He is currently a PhD student at the Communications and Signal Theory Department of the University Polytechnic of Catalunya. Ph. D. thesis under the collaboration and the supervision of Dr. Miguel Angel Lagunas Hernández. His research interest areas are Filter Bank, Spectral analysis for Cognitive Radio, Multicarrier Communications Techniques.
