Onur Tan received the B.S. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department from Middle East Technical University in 2007 and the M.S. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department from Bilkent University in 2010, respectively. In 2007, he was awarded with Bilkent University scholarship and TUBITAK scholarship for the graduate studies in Turkey. He worked as a research and teaching assistant in Bilkent University and he was a member of a research project funded by TUBITAK  for three years. He contributed this project that was cooperated by Bilkent University and Meteksan Company, as a researcher. He is now pursuing a PhD diploma at the Signal Theory and Communications Department (TSC) of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) in Barcelona. He joined the CTTC in November 2011 and he is working in Access Technologies Area.
