El grup de tecnologies de les comunicacions ràdio està format per investigadors del Centre Tecnològic de Telecomunicacions de Catalunya que actualment realitzen tasques de recerca en l'àrea de Radio Comunicacions i en l'àrea d'Enginyeria. En particular, la recerca dins d’aquesta àrea es desenvolupa al voltant de tres línies d’investigació fonamentals: tecnologies d’enllaç per comunicacions sense fils, disseny de sistemes de processament de senyal per a comunicacions amb diversitat finalment comunicacions per a xarxes de sensors.
