Biografia
Pol Blasco was born in Barcelona, Spain, in 1983. He graduated in Telecommunications Engineering in 2009 in the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC, Barcelona). He graduated in Electrical and Information Theory Engineering in 2008 by the Technical University of Darmstadt (TUD, Germany). This year he obtained his Msc degree for the Signal Theroy Department of UPC (Barcelona).
Between 2007 and 209 he pursue research in several international research centers and agencies, he worked in satellite communications at ESA (Darmstadt, Germany) and in neuroscience in Max-Planck-Institut (Frankfurt, Germany) and IDIBAPS(Barcelona, Spain).
In 2009 he joined the CTTC in order to pursue a PhD in the area of smart radio communications and self-organizing networks. His current research interest cover docitive and cognitive radio, machine learning, control theory, game theory, satellite communications, signal processing and neuroscience.
