Biografia
Moisés Espinosa received his diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering and the M. Sc. Degree in electronic instrumentation from the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Superior School of the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), México. He joined the Semi-anechoic laboratory at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He was responsible of coordinating and accomplishing Electromagnetic Compatibility tests (EMC). He collaborated with the National Association of Normalization and Certification of the Electrical sector (ANCE), A.C. to make new EMC Mexican norms. In October 2011 he joined CTTC to pursue a PhD degree under the supervision of Dr. Ignacio Llamas.
