Biografia
Lluís Parcerisa Giné (Barcelona, 1982) obtained his Telecommunications Engineer degree (2008) and Electronic Engineer degree (2009), both from Technical University of Catalonia (UPC). In 2008 he was awarded a Vodafone Foundation grant to continue his studies in the US; consequently, he wrote a Master Thesis in nanotechnology during his visiting researcher stay at Broadband Wireless Networking Lab (Georgia Institute of Technology). He is currently pursuing a Computer Science degree (from UOC), which is expected 2013, and a Master in Automatic Control and Robotics (from UPC), which is expected to finish 2014).
After some years in the industry, in Hewlett-Packard, Eagertech, Casio and Shotools, he is currently focused in networking R+D, as he is working in IP area in CTTC.
