Biografia
Bertrand Devillers (Charleroi, Belgium, 1980) received the Electrical Engineering and Ph.D. degrees from the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL), in 2004 and 2009, respectively. From October 2004 to September 2008, he was a Research Fellow of the F.R.S.-FNRS (Belgium) in the digital communication group of the Communications and Remote Sensing Laboratory of UCL. From October 2008 to march 2009, he was a research assistant at UCL. Since April 2009, he is a research associate at the Centre Tecnològic de Telecomunicaciones de Catalunya (CTTC).
